Hopefully by edition #3 of “You should really get out and meet some people”, you’ve learned that the people of Glendale Pawn and Jewelry are a pretty nice group who genuinely care about our customers. For this edition we’d like to focus on Lara, who works very hard every day to make sure that we’re able to do our absolute best for everyone who walks through our door, or shops online.
We’re not real big on titles here at Glendale Pawn and Jewelry. Hmmm, let’s see we have Stan (The Owner), Dave (The Manager…previously featured) and I guess that’s about it? So, when Dave the Manager said unto gpawn, “Lara is going to be your staff feature for the blog this time.” The crafty gpawn thought to himself, “We’re going to need to give Lara a title.”
Such is the power of the “Blog-Scribe”. Never underestimate the immense power of the press…even if it is electronic and not ink and paper.
Let us state first and foremost that Lara is a genuine delight and Glendale Pawn and Jewelry would not operate nearly as smooth if Lara was not making sure that everything was working as designed. Inventory, staffing, finance, legal…you name it, for two years now she has been on the scene to make sure that everything is operational and functioning properly.
No doubt that chasing after her two young ones, ages six and two, have contributed to the skill set that she uses every day here at Glendale Pawn and Jewelry.
Hmmm, perhaps we’re on to something? “Operational…yeah, that’s the ticket!” Ladies and gents, gpawn is proud to announce that by the power vested within him, the previously untitled Lara shall from this day forward be referred to as…drum roll please…Operations Manager!
Meet Lara, who according to “Glendale Pawn and Jewelry – The Blog View”, is our Operations Manager

Like we said…we’re not real big on titles around here. What we ARE big on, is helping our customers and doing the best we can to make sure that if you’re buying, selling or if you need a loan, Glendale Pawn and Jewelry is here for you.

According to Lara, “I love these earrings. They are just a fantastic mix of emeralds and diamonds at a price that is nothing short of amazing. I see the huge inventory of jewelry that we have every day and these earrings have always been a favorite of mine.”
“I’m also a big fan of loose diamonds too! We always have an amazing selection!”
When we asked Lara, “Is there anything else in the shop that you’re rather fond of?” she replied, “I really enjoy working with the people who come to our pawn shop. We have an amazing mix of people with various needs and it doesn’t matter if they are buying, selling or needing a loan…it is a pleasure to help them.”
