A lot of businesses advertise the buzz-line, “Our people make the difference!”

Well, it’s not a buzz-line for us. It’s real. We’re real. Our people DO make the difference and you will not find a friendlier or more welcoming group than the staff of Glendale Pawn and Jewelry. With this thought in mind, gpawn will occasionally feature a staff member and their favorite item in our store. Why? Well, we hope to clue you in on some incredible bargains and to also feel as though you know us personally…before you even stop by to see us for the first time.

We tried for a smile...

(This is not the entire staff of Glendale Pawn and Jewelry

we WILL be featuring everyone eventually

this is just a portion of all of us who work hard

to make YOU happy that you came to see us, or shopped online.)

Dave has been the manager here at Glendale Pawn and Jewelry for awhile now and has been active in the local pawn industry since 1999. Originally hailing from Chicago and the proud papa of daughter Madison and son Gage, Dave enjoys the outdoors and you can find him in the Crown King area on any given weekend camping and exploring the 4-wheel drive trails in the area.

It wasn’t easy, but gpawn cornered the very busy Dave and got him to pick his favorite item in the store.

Dave the Manager and the "Guitar of his desire"...

gpawn  - So, you picked a guitar?

Dave – It’s not just any guitar. It’s an O3 Gibson Les Paul Limited Edition, accessorized with billet….everywhere.

gpawn – Why Gibson?

Dave – The tone, the look, and the legend behind the name…it goes on and on…it’s just a very, VERY high quality guitar that is going to make someone extremely happy.

gpawn – So you play in a band when you’re not busy helping people here or exploring the outdoors?

Dave – Yeah, we’re “Special Deluxe” you can find us on Facebook and YouTube and also at local live music venues on the weekends.

gpawn – But you’re the drummer in the band and you’re picking a guitar? What’s up with that?

Dave – I love guitars too, they’re genuine works of art. Maybe we’ll have Nicky, who plays guitar in the band and also is on staff at Glendale Pawn and Jewelry pick a drum set? You said there weren’t any rules with this…

gpawn – Valid point Dave…we’ll work on that…maybe…

Thanks for stopping by (Maybe next time in person?),

gpawn
