WOW! What a GREAT question! Let’s see…hmmmm…well, they look just like you and me (hopefully more like you and less like me) They have something to sell, they are looking to buy something and want to save a pile o’ money, or they need a loan. I think you and me and everyone reading this blog has fallen into one of these categories at sometime during the course of our lives.
“Pawn shops…uh…don’t they have kind of a…reputation?”
The short answer is…yes. The longer answer is yes. The truth is…most of the proverbial “reputation” that pawn shops carry is fostered by people who have never used the services of a really good, community focused pawn shop, such as Glendale Pawn & Jewelry. Uh…not exactly. The old pawn shop adage, “You just never know what is going to come through that door”, certainly applies to us here at Glendale Pawn & Jewelry…but this isn’t Las Vegas. We’re in Glendale, Arizona. Our customers would classify as, “The people next door” quite easily. They need a loan, they want to sell some things they don’t need, or they want the prestige of owning high-end items with the satisfaction of knowing that they acquired them at unbelievable bargain prices.
“So what does the future hold for the “Glendale Pawn & Jewelry blog?”
Another excellent question. We’re going to publish the blog on a regular basis. We’re going to show you some neat things that we have for sale. We’re going to encourage you to take a look at our ever-changing inventory and we want you to send us your questions, comments and suggestions. Oh, we’ll also be covering the good people that work here, our fantastic customers and offer some commentary on economics, society (Specifically how we treat each other) and perhaps a few other things when they come to mind.
